My Process
(It can be non-linear,
depending on the project)
I explore user needs, behaviors, and challenges through deep research to understand the "why" before designing the "what."
I translate research insights into clear problem statements, user personas, and user flows. This helps to establish a focused design direction and ensures alignment with user needs.
The next step is to go from ideas to experiences. It involves brainstorming, sketching, and prototyping solutions that align with user goals and business needs.
I validate designs through testing and feedback, iterating to refine solutions that meet real-world needs and ensure impactful user experiences.
